Returns & Refund Policy

At Track N Trend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. Our process is simple and customer-friendly.

Our Promise:

  • 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Free Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns within the UK.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for returning your items.
  • No Final Sale Items: All items are eligible for return, except for hygiene-sensitive products (see conditions below).

1. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your items must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must not be customised or personalised in any way.
  • For hygiene reasons, face masks, swimwear, and lingerie cannot be returned.

Failure to comply with these conditions may void your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our support team at wholesale@trackandtrend.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Receive Your Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
    Ship Your Items: Once you receive the label, please send the items back to us within 14 days.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +44 7930 132593 within 14 working days of delivery.

  • We will verify your claim and guide you through the return process for a replacement or a full refund.
  • In the rare case that an item was missed from a pack, we will verify with our stock and resolve the issue for you promptly.

Note: We cannot process any replacements until we receive the returned items at our warehouse.

4. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10-12 working days for us to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse.
  • After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the easiest way is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order.
