UK Next Day & Saturday Delivery
Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for next day delivery, when you select Next Day Option at checkout. UK Next Day delivery takes 1-2 working Days.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered on Monday unless you opt for Saturday Delivery, which is available through special request over phone/whatsapp, for more details see below info.

We are not having any Saturday delivery option at checkout page but we can deliver on Saturdays upon request. To get your order delivered on Saturday please checkout using Click & Collect option and contact us through Whatsapp / Email to get the payment link. Note: Saturday Delivery charges are comparitively higher than normal delivery charges which is £29.99 per box & this delivery service is for UK mainland only.
Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. Please Note: We will not be able to deliver your parcel on Sundays using any courier.

For delivery to the rest of the world (countries which are not available to select at checkout), please email us at wholesale@trackandtrend.co.uk to get a quotation. Alternatively you can checkout using the Click & Collect option and arrange your own courier to pick up items from our warehouse in Old Trafford (UK).
VAT is not applicable for countries outside UK & EU but you may be liable for Local Taxes which vary from country to country (we have no control over local Taxes). For detailed information on local taxes please contact your local custom & revenue office.
General Information
Shipping Cost Estimate
Due to variations in item size and weight, such as puffer jackets being higher in volume and jeans being heavier with less bulk, exact shipping costs can only be calculated after packaging. As a result, we provide an estimated shipping rate at checkout. Once the order is packed and the exact cost is determined by the courier, we will charge the difference as necessary.
In case you find our shipping prices high, you always have option to use your own courier company, in this case we will refund the entire shipping cost which you have paid while placing order.
Parcel Delivery Concerns
If you believe your parcel hasn't been delivered despite the courier's tracking status, please follow our resolution process:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team immediately.
Opening a Case: We will open a case with the shipping company to investigate. You'll receive a form confirming non-receipt, which we kindly ask you to sign and return via email.
Timeline: Investigations take 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Resolution Options: After investigation, if the courier confirms non-delivery, we will either issue a refund for the undelivered items or send a replacement order based on your preference.
Courier Denial: Unfortunately, if the courier denies our claim, we won't be able to provide a refund or replacement.
Separate delivery transportation
If you would like to arrange your own delivery transportation after purchasing with us, you are welcome to do so. In order to do this please select the Click & Collect option at checkout & email us with dates when you are going to pick your order. Please allow us at least 24-48 hrs after placing your order to provide you with the parcel weight and dimensions.
